Handling Innovations is a nationwide distributor of almost every type and brand of allied material handling equipment. Though based in North Carolina, we represent all major manufacturers of all types of material handling equipment all over the US and Canada. And since we ship factory-direct, we can seek out the best possible material handling solution for you at the lowest possible cost...NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE.

We provide everything from pallet rack to shelving to plastic pallets to totes and bins...even lockers...and everything in between. All at the lowest possible price.

We are not an online e-commerce store. And while we know it might be frustrating that we do not provide pricing or a shopping cart on our website, this is by design and for some very good reasons:

1. Needs analysis. No offense but you'd be amazed at how many people think they know exactly what they need only to find when it arrives, it does not meet their needs. We prevent those problems by providing for you A REAL LIVE PERSON (who also happens to be an experienced expert) to help you assess your application and recommend the right solution...every time. There's no real live experts in e-commerce.
   
   
2. Multiple quotes. Because we represent so many manufacturers, we offer a unique service. And that is to provide mulitple quotes on a single sheet of paper. So if your companies' policy is to get multiple bids, we can save you the hassle of gathering all that info. Just let us know how many bids you need (up to 3) and we'll be happy to provide them...including freight...and fast. There's no way to get multiple bids from a single source in e-commerce.
   
   
3. Current market conditions. We continually keep you in mind by providing a fresh quote based on current market conditions. This allows us to assess the market and any issues that might be currently affecting pricing. For example, current raw material surpluses or shortages that might lead to better pricing. Or alerting you to an upcoming price increase so that you might make a better informed decision. Or manufacturers' over-stocks that we can procure sometimes for pennies on the dollar and pass those savings on to you. There's no one to assess current market conditions in e-commerce.
   
   
4. Purchasing on terms. There are just some products that you do not want to purchase with a credit card. Maybe the amount is too large or there is a fear of giving a total stranger your credit card number. Don't misunderstand; we happily accept all major credit cards (and even require them in some cases) but to those of you who prefer to have terms, we also happily provide them...on approved credit of course. There's no way to purchase on terms with e-commerce.
